Programs & Opportunities

OHDCC offers a range of programs each year to support students’ growth, learning, and sense of community. The mix is shaped by the incoming leadership team each fall and evolves from year to year, but typically includes:

  • Community connections: Opportunities for students to support one another and build relationships. Some years, this may take the form of a formal mentorship program, while in others it may be a lighter buddy program or other peer-to-peer initiatives. Regular happy hours also give members a chance to connect outside the classroom in an informal setting.

  • Professional development: Events and workshops that prepare members for post-graduate careers, such as career fair prep, internship and job search panels, and sessions on recruiting and interviews. Each year also features OHDCC’s Human Capital Case Competition, where student teams present solutions to real-world challenges to alumni in consulting and corporate roles.

  • Learning & engagement: Panels and workshops that create space for discussion, reflection, and skill-building, with past topics including DEI, leadership, and navigating the graduate school journey.

Participation is always optional, with details shared by email and WhatsApp throughout the year. All programming opportunities are also posted on TC Engage.
