Emily Stuart brings more than 10 years of high-impact Operations Management experience to her role as Vice President on the Leadership Board of Columbia University’s Organization & Human Development Consulting Club. Having led cross-functional teams of 500+ and pioneered leadership development programs across complex, fast-paced environments, Emily’s track record centers on advancing both operational excellence and authentic community building. She is passionate about championing equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility (EDIA), drawing from a career built on advocating for underrepresented voices and mentoring emerging leaders at every level.

Dom earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations with a minor in Political Science from Gonzaga University.

Dom is passionate about building community through proactive and inclusive communication. She believes that the way we communicate—the words we choose, the tone we set, and the timeliness of the message—directly shapes how people feel and how included they are. Her goal in this role is to ensure OHDCC members feel informed, connected, and able to fully participate—whether that means hearing about events early enough to plan, accessing opportunities remotely, or simply having the right information at the right time.

Outside of work and school, Dom enjoys staying active with Peloton rides, yoga, and pilates, or spending time in Central Park with her partner and their aussiedoodle, Tubbs. Originally from Kirkland, Washington, she’s called New York home since 2018 and lives on the Upper West Side. She loves Trader Joe’s runs and Central Park picnics, a good book on a patio or terrace, and will never say no to a wine bar or a good happy hour with friends.

Sarah J. Brazaitis, Ph.D.

OHDCC FACULTY ADVISOR

Sarah has enjoyed serving as OHDCC’s faculty advisor for over a decade and has marveled at OHDCC’s transformation from a nascent group sponsoring a handful of offerings to a high performing team designing and implementing dozens of training workshops, professional panels, social gatherings, mentoring and networking events and an annual human capital case competition. Sarah’s favorite part of advising OHDCC is working closely with its leaders. They are unceasingly energetic, dedicated, creative, smart, thoughtful and also, fun. OHDCC is in the top three of Sarah’s most beloved teams, bested only by her family – Buddy, Javier & Mateo – and the New York Yankees.
